Prompt Engineering Course in Nikol, Ahmedabad
Prompt engineering here means stacking instruction, context, constraints, examples and formats — testing after each layer — not dumping one giant ask and hoping. At Computer Education And Cybernetics (CEC), Shivani Sharma reviews your layer log. The centre is near / opposite new dmart, nikol (satyam plaza).

- + ConstraintsFacts only, refuse invents. Keep the layer only if failures drop.

What do you stack in a practical prompt?
Six parts. Each layer earns its place by fixing a failure you can re-run.
Prompt engineering is designing and testing instructions for AI models so answers stay useful and consistent. Practical work covers instruction, context, constraints, examples, output format, and refinement. Computer Education And Cybernetics (CEC) reviews layer-by-layer logs so learners know which add actually helped.
Instruction
Start here alone. A vague “write something good” invents freely — a clear action does not.
Context
Add who the reader is. A colleague handoff and a manager email need different tone.
Constraints
Add “use only this note; if a skill is missing, write Not stated.” Test before you add examples.
Examples
One good input–output pair after constraints. Dumping examples first often hides which layer fixed the bug.
Output format
Lock Subject, Opening, Skills, Ask, Closing — so each field can pass or fail on the check set.
Testing and refinement
Same three inputs after every layer. Keep a layer only when the failure you targeted improves.
Practice task
Take a short skill note. Write only the instruction and run three inputs. Add constraints next; re-run the same three. What we do with you here: Shivani checks your layer notes before she accepts the final stack.
For scorecard-before-rewrite, see prompt engineering in Maninagar. For models and source-checks at this centre, see generative AI in Nikol.
A worked example: strong email, fake CGPA
Input → what you look at → decision → what you write down. This is the stack-and-re-test habit we practise with you.
The task
Draft a short internship-application email from a one-page skill note — polite, factual, five labelled parts.
First failure
You paste “write a strong internship email” in one go. The reply invents React projects and a 9.2 CGPA that are not on the note.
What you look at
Every part was dumped at once. You cannot tell whether context, constraints or format would have stopped the invent. No layer log.
The decision
Stack one layer at a time. Instruction alone → still invents. Add constraints “only skills on this note” → invents drop. Add format → fields stay checkable. Add one good example last.
After the fix
Missing skills say Not stated. No fake CGPA. Three check inputs re-run after each layer. Shivani accepts the stack log with before/after notes.
What you write down
Layer order, what failed after each add, final prompt and check scores. That packet is prompt craft proof here.
For the citywide skill ladder, see the prompt engineering course in Ahmedabad. When prompts need retrieval in code, see GenAI developer in Nikol.
Where is prompt engineering heading?
Giant mixed prompts still invent. Layer logs stay. What we do with you here: every add keeps a re-test note.
Models follow stacked instructions more reliably
Clear layers still beat a long mixed paragraph. Knowing which layer fixed a failure stays useful when vendors change.
Saved prompts in study and office tools
People still paste one giant instruction. A layer log shows what to tighten without rewriting everything.
Where AI writing helpers still fail
- It invents skills, scores or projects missing from your note
- It mixes tone for colleague and manager in the same draft
- It cannot show which sentence change helped unless you stacked and re-tested
Prompt engineering is shifting toward clearer layered instructions and fewer wording tricks, while one-shot giant prompts still invent. The stable skills are stacking, constraints and re-runnable cases. Computer Education And Cybernetics (CEC) trains learners to add one layer and prove it helped.
How we teach prompt engineering
About 80% practical — with mentor review of your layer log, not only a fluent demo.
1. Counseling places your first AI step
Prompt stack craft first, or generative AI workflows when you already need models and source-checks together. School learners of any grade start with counseling first.
2. Shivani Sharma reviews your layer log
She teaches Prompt Engineering here. She sends the packet back if every rule was dumped at once with no re-test notes.
3. You stack, test and refine
About 80% of training time is practical. The same three inputs run after every layer.
4. You leave with a prompt packet
Layer order, failure notes, final prompt and scores — evidence for mentoring and interviews.
At Computer Education And Cybernetics (CEC), prompt engineering starts with counseling, then real tasks stacked and re-tested under mentors such as Shivani Sharma. Learners leave with a prompt packet they can explain. We stay with you until you get a job, based on your performance in training, projects and interviews.

Questions about prompt engineering
What is prompt engineering?
Designing and testing instructions for AI models so answers stay useful and consistent. At this centre we emphasise building the prompt as a stack — instruction, then context, then constraints, then example and format — testing after each layer.
Why add one layer at a time?
When you dump every rule at once, a fluent reply hides which part fixed invents or format drift. A layer log shows what earned its place after the same check inputs.
How is this different from Maninagar prompt engineering?
Maninagar centres on a scorecard before you rewrite. Nikol centres on composing the prompt layer by layer and re-testing after each add. Both teach parts, testing and refinement — different habits.
How is this different from generative AI in Nikol?
Generative AI in Nikol covers models, constrained prompting and source-checks inside wider GenAI workflows. This page is for the craft of stacking and refining the prompt itself — often a first practical step.
Do I need coding to start?
No. You can stack, test and refine prompts without code. Coding helps later for large automated sets or apps — counseling maps that next step.
Who teaches prompt engineering at Nikol?
Shivani Sharma teaches Prompt Engineering at CEC Nikol. She reviews your layer log and check scores, not only a fluent demo reply.
Where is prompt engineering heading?
Models follow clear instructions better, but mixed giant prompts still invent. Knowing which layer to tighten stays valuable as prompts move into everyday tools.
How does CEC help you learn prompt engineering?
Shivani guides real tasks with stack logs and check sets — about 80% practical. We stay with you until you get a job, based on your performance in training, projects and interviews.
Who is this path for?
College students, career changers and working professionals who want practical AI interaction they can evaluate. After 10th or 12th anyone can apply; school learners of any grade start with counseling first.
How do I reach the Nikol lab?

Do I need to visit before classroom admission?
For classroom admission we warmly welcome you and your parents to visit — meet mentors and staff, see the lab and ask questions face to face. Call or WhatsApp +91 91049 37871 to book a time. Please choose whichever centre is easier for you if Maninagar or Vatva suits your commute better. Learning from outside Ahmedabad? We guide you on a counseling call and complete admission online.
