What is worth automating—and what is not

Useful AI automation is a repeating job you can name plus a check you can show. AI drafts the routine part—a summary, a list, a sorted inbox—and a person confirms it before it counts. If the job changes every time or a mistake would hurt someone, it is not ready for automation, however good the AI output looks.
